ESP32 PCB Design with PoE & Display

I'm seeking an experienced PCB designer to create a custom board based on the ESP32 microcontroller. The board will integrate a Nextion HMI Display, PoE, PN532 NFC module, RTC, and support OTA updates. The design should accommodate multiple communication interfaces and power sources.

Key Requirements:
- Design a PCB for ESP32 with the following components:
- Nextion HMI Display connected via UART
- PN532 NFC Module and External EEPROM connected via I2C
- LAN8720 Ethernet PHY using the RMII interface
- RTC, Buzzer, and LED integration
- Power the board using PoE and USB options
- Ensure support for OTA updates
- Optimize layout for signal integrity and minimal interference

Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Proficiency in PCB design and layout, particularly with ESP32
- Experience with integrating displays, NFC modules, and Ethernet PHYs
- Knowledge of power management, especially PoE and USB
- Familiarity with communication protocols: UART, I2C, RMII
- Attention to detail for component placement and routing
