ESP32 PCB Design Verification Needed -- 2
Budget: ₹600 – ₹900 INR
I have a finished, four-layer ESP32 board layout that is almost ready for fabrication, but before I release the Gerbers I want a fresh set of expert eyes on it. The priority is to confirm that every electrical connection is rock-solid—power rails, ground returns, high-speed signal lines, reset/boot strapping pins, antenna feed, the lot. Please run a full Design Rule Check (DRC) with the tool of your choice and then go beyond the automated results with a manual review of power distribution, decoupling strategy, trace widths, via placement, differential pairs and any impedance-controlled lines.
Once you receive the design files, I’d like you to:
• Clear all DRC errors and point out anything that could still be marginal even if it technically passes.
• Flag potential EMI/EMC trouble spots, thermal bottlenecks and any footprints that don’t perfectly match their datasheets.
• Provide a concise report (PDF or markdown) that lists each issue, why it matters, and a recommended fix. Screenshots are welcome.
• Return updated project files or annotated suggestions so I can implement the corrections myself.
If you spot something that requires a schematic tweak, note it in the report rather than editing the schematic directly; I’ll handle that side. My goal is zero surprises when the boards come back from the fab house, so thoroughness is more important than speed.
