ESP32 I/O PCB Design

Job ID: 39881764

Budget: ₹1,500 – ₹12,500 INR

I need a production-ready PCB that lets a 38-pin ESP32-WROOM module act as a compact controller with all of its peripherals neatly laid out. Power comes in at 12 V through a two-pin screw terminal and every digital I/O line will exit the board on screw terminals as well—that choice is deliberate and not negotiable.

Core requirements
• ESP32-WROOM sits on headers so it can be replaced easily.
• 1602 I²C LCD is soldered directly to the board.
• Two 0-10 V analog outputs and two 0-10 V analog inputs with the appropriate level-shifting circuitry.
• Ten digital inputs and ten digital outputs opto-isolated, all on screw terminals.
• Four on-board tactile keys.
• On-board RTC with battery holder.
• Micro-SD card slot.
• Standard board size is fine; I am not chasing ultra-compact dimensions.
• Component placement: RTC battery, ESP module and SD slot on one face, while the LCD1602 and the four keys occupy the opposite face. Please keep the I/O rows tidy—inputs on one edge, outputs on the other—so field wiring is intuitive.

Deliverables
1. Schematic and PCB layout (KiCad, Altium, or Eagle are all acceptable—note the version you’ll use).
2. Clean Gerber files ready for fabrication.
3. Complete BOM with part numbers that are easily sourced.
4. Basic 3-D render or PDF assembly drawing showing side A and side B so I can confirm the physical arrangement before I order boards.

When you respond, focus on your prior experience designing mixed-signal ESP32 boards and handling 0-10 V interfaces; a concise note on similar work is more valuable to me than a long generic proposal.
