ESP32 HTTP server with a self-hosted dashboard and WebSocket communication

I am looking for an experienced ESP32 developer to implement an HTTP server with WebSocket communication and a self-hosted dashboard using ESP‑IDF.

Requirements:
- Development strictly using ESP‑IDF (no Arduino framework)
- Implementation of an HTTP server hosted on the ESP32
- Integration of a WebSocket communication channel for real-time data exchange and commands
- Implementation of a simple dashboard (HTML, CSS, JS) for testing WebSocket communication (I will provide almost-ready HTML and CSS files)
- Implementation of the JavaScript code for handling WebSocket communication
- Hosting the dashboard directly on the ESP32 (embedded in the binary)
- Efficient handling of WebSocket messages according to the protocol specification (which I will provide)
- Clean, modular, and maintainable code structure

Deliverables:
- Fully functional ESP‑IDF project
- Fully functional dashboard project files (HTML, CSS, JS)

Please note that this is an hourly-based project, and I am looking for a reliable developer for long-term collaboration. Manual time tracking and transferring the project to third parties are not allowed.
