ESP32-S3 Dev Kit PCB Urgent
Budget: ₹1,500 – ₹12,500 INR
I’m finalising a compact ESP32-S3 development board meant for full-scale manufacturing. The circuit is simple—one ESP32-S3 module, four momentary push buttons, a motorised 60 mm fader, a single-turn potentiometer, USB-C for power/programming, and the usual passives and headers. What I need now is a production-ready schematic and PCB layout that my contract manufacturer can send straight to the line.
Deliverables
• Complete, clearly-labelled schematic
• Routed PCB layout (2-layer preferred; 4-layer only if truly necessary)
• Manufacturing package: Gerbers, drill files, IPC-356 netlist, pick-and-place, 3D STEP
• BOM with manufacturer part numbers plus alternates for critical parts
Native KiCad 7 files are ideal—Altium is fine as long as I receive a clean KiCad export for internal review. Design rules: 4 mil trace/space minimum, antenna keep-out per Espressif guidelines, board outline kept under 80 × 40 mm with max 4 mm component height on the back side to fit an aluminium enclosure.
This is intended as a final product, so component placement must favour automated assembly and consistent yield. I’ll need a first reviewable draft within three days of kickoff and a sign-off-ready package within a week. The project is complete when the files pass JLCPCB’s DFM check and open error-free in KiCad.
