ESP32 Circuit Validation and Firmware Coding

I already have a flow chart and a rough-draft circuit diagram for an ESP32-based board. Before I commit to hardware, I need a fresh pair of expert eyes to confirm that the schematic is electrically sound and that the logic in the flow diagram can be translated into solid, fault-free firmware.

Here is the scope:

• Review and mark-up the existing circuit: check pin assignments, power rails, level shifting (if any), and overall feasibility for my chosen hall-effect sensor and the output devices it will be driving.
• Translate the flow diagram into clean, well-commented C/C++ code that compiles warning-free in the ESP-IDF or Arduino-Core-for-ESP32 environment (whichever you prefer as long as the resulting binary can be flashed with esptool).
• Core functions must include periodic sensor data collection from the hall-effect sensor, debouncing/averaging as required, and deterministic control of the attached actuators.
• Wi-Fi is not needed right now; keep the code lean and focused on sampling and output control.
• Provide a brief README that explains build steps, pin mapping, and how to extend the program for additional sensors in the future.

I will supply the current PDF schematic, the flow chart, and a parts list as soon as we start. I count the job finished when the schematic passes your design-rule check and the firmware runs on my bench ESP32 without crashing or watchdog resets for at least 24 h of continuous operation.
