ESP32 Biometric Sensor MVP Development

I'm seeking an embedded systems freelancer, preferably based in India, to build two simple hardware MVPs using ESP32 and a PPG sensor (MAX30102).
MVP 1: Read and display biometric data (heart rate, pulse) on a small OLED screen.
MVP 2: Send a simple message/value over BLE, detectable by standard BLE scanners (e.g., nRF Connect).
Requirements:
- Hands-on experience with ESP32, BLE communication, and basic sensor integration.
