ESP32-Based Car Anti-Theft PCB Design

Job ID: 39717279

Budget: $250 – $750 USD

Project Title: ESP32 Car Security PCB with Relay

Description:
We need a custom PCB that integrates an ESP32 microcontroller with a 12V automotive relay for a car anti-theft/security system.
The ESP32 should detect an authorized Bluetooth beacon (iBeacon / BLE tag). When the beacon is nearby, the ESP32 will automatically activate the relay to enable the ignition system.

Requirements:

ESP32 module with USB-C or Micro-USB port for programming.

Automotive-grade 12V relay (ignition cutoff).

12V to 5V/3.3V DC-DC regulator for stable ESP32 power.

Reverse polarity and transient protection (TVS, fuse).

Status LEDs (power, relay, BLE).

Optional push button (override/reset).

Connector terminals: VIN (12V), GND, Relay output.

Deliverables:

Schematic + PCB layout (Altium / KiCad / Eagle).

Gerber files for manufacturing.

BOM with suppliers.

Prototype testing instructions.

(Optional) Basic firmware for relay control via BLE.

Application Scenario:

Used in cars (12V system, temperature -20°C to +70°C).

Relay controls ignition/start circuit.

Beacon acts as wireless key.
