ESP32 Alarm PCB Design

Budget: $30 – $250 AUD

I have put together a clear block diagram for an ESP32-based alarm controller and now need the full KiCad schematic and a production-ready PCB layout. The core is an M5Stack Core Basic module and the board must integrate:

• four ADS7828s feeding 32 ADC channels
• eight MPQ5864-AEC1 high-side switches driving 32 monitored 12 V sensor outputs
• a MCP23017 plus ULN2803A for six relay drivers
• a W5500 module for wired Ethernet
• half-duplex RS-485 transceiver
• 44 WS2812 addressable status LEDs
• single 12 V / 5 A input, regulated as required
• screw-terminal blocks on every field I/O line (Ethernet excluded)

There are no hard dimensional limits, so choose whatever board outline keeps routing sensible and assembly friendly while remaining reasonably compact. All symbols, footprints, and 3-D models should be native KiCad assets so I can edit them later.

Deliverables
• Complete KiCad project: schematic, PCB, libraries
• BOM with manufacturer part numbers and design notes on any critical footprints or clearances
• Gerbers, drill files, and pick-and-place data ready for fabrication
• PDF schematic and 3-D renders for quick review

Acceptance criteria will be a DRC-clean board, ERC-clean schematic, and BOM that is fully orderable from major distributors. I will be available throughout for quick answers on signal names, power budgeting, and mechanical considerations, so you can move fast.
