Drone Flight Controller PCB Design

Budget: ₹12,500 – ₹37,500 INR

I have a new drone project ready for its own compact flight-controller board and I need your help turning the concept into production-ready files. I already know the control logic I want, so what I’m missing is a detailed schematic that captures every net, reference, and component value, followed by a tightly-packed PCB layout that fits everything into the smallest footprint practical without compromising signal integrity.

The board must host a microcontroller, a full sensor suite, and the associated power-management stage. Placement, routing, impedance control, and noise isolation around those three functional blocks are critical, especially with the board size pushed to the absolute minimum.

I normally review designs in KiCad or Altium, so either of those (or an equivalent professional tool) is fine as long as the source files remain editable on my end.

Deliverables I need to sign off:

• Fully annotated schematic file and PDF
• PCB layout source, ready for editing, plus Gerber/ODB++ outputs
• Clean BOM with manufacturer part numbers and footprints
• Assembly drawings and pick-and-place data

The design will be considered complete once the files pass a quick DRC/ERC check and all components sit within the agreed envelope. If you’ve squeezed high-density boards before and can keep everything neat and electrically sound, let’s get started.
