Design PCB for Industrial SMPS
Budget: ₹1,500 – ₹12,500 INR
I'm seeking an experienced PCB designer to create a layout and board for a Switch Mode Power Supply (SMPS) intended for industrial equipment.
The SMPS is expected to deliver a power output of 24V-30V with current rating of 40 / 50 Amp and support input voltage of 90-280VAC and must comply with several standards and certifications, including UL, CE, and ISO.
Size of the SMPS has to be compact and small in size. We need to accommodate 4 nos 40A smps or 3 nos 50A SMPS in a box size of 6x6x5.5 inch box with enough space to fit 1 no relay in it.
Key Requirements:
- Design a PCB layout for an SMPS with a power output exceeding 500W
- Ensure compliance with UL, CE, and ISO standards
- Focus on reliability and efficiency suitable for industrial applications
- Optimize for thermal management and electromagnetic compatibility
Ideal Skills and Experience:
