Design Buck Converter for Electronics

We are looking for an experienced power electronics or embedded hardware designer to help us design a compact, industrial-grade, dual-output buck converter with the following specifications:
Requirements:
Input:
Voltage Range: 5V to 15V (variable)
Must maintain regulation across full input range
Output 1:
Voltage: 3.3V ±3%
Current: Continuous : 3A
Output 2:
Voltage: 4.1V ±3%
Current: Continuous : 3A
Power Efficiency:
Quiescent Current (No Load): Max 0.2 mA
Operating Current (Under Load): 2–3 mA (excluding load)
Design Constraints:
Industrial-grade design (Temp range: -40°C to +85°C)
SMD components preferred (0805 or smaller)
Compact layout
