Custom E-ink Display Programming & Assembly

Budget: $250 – $750 USD

I need a freelancer to program an e-ink e-paper display screen, providing a complete device (incl. e-paper screen, driver boards, cpu (e.g. raspberry pi/arduino), battery):
• The e-paper display screen is to be a Waveshare 5.79inch e-Paper display Module, e-ink display, 792x272, Black/White, SPI Interface: https://www.waveshare.com/5.79inch-e-Paper-Module.htm

OUTPUT:
• The display needs to look as shown in the attached file.

• The font is Google Overpass and the characters should fill maximum space as shown above (the above is in scale to the e-paper display size of 139.0mm x 47.74mm.

INPUT:
• The display contents will be defined by input data in the following format:
<refresh time> <hours> <mins> <am_pm> <day>
For example:
Sun 00:00 10 00 AM MON
Mon 9:00 15 30 PM MON
Wed 8:00 18 00 PM SAT
In this example: from Sunday 00:00 until Monday 09:00 the display should show 10 00 AM MON. The display should then refresh at Monday 09:00 to show 15 30 PM MON. The display should then refresh at Wednesday 08:00 to show 18 00 PM SAT. The display should then refresh only again at Sunday 00:00 to show 10 00 AM MON. (Note that it should loop back to Sunday 00:00 at the end of the list).
• The input data will provide the data for a full week: it will start at Sun 00:00, it will be ordered, and it will have a maximum of 512 rows.

REQUIREMENTS:
• The input data should be stored on the device; and updateable by serial/usb/bluetooth or other similar connection.
• The device should require as little power as possible for refreshing (i.e. take advantage of the partial refresh capabilities of the Waveshare e-paper display).
• The whole device (incl. screen, drivers, cpu board, battery) should be contained in a box no larger than 200mm x 100 mm x 50mm.
• Programming language is up to you: e.g. Python, C/C++.
