Custom STM32F722 Flight Controller Development

I'm looking for an experienced embedded systems developer to create an STM32F722-based flight controller that runs Betaflight. Additionally, I would like a custom-made separate 4-in-1 ESC board to create our own stack. We want the design files so we can integrate our own circuits later on.

Requirements:
- At least 5 motor outputs
- Operates at 5V input voltage
- At least 4 extra pads for peripherals
- Ideally, use non-Chinese components to mitigate tariffs

Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Proficiency in STM32 microcontrollers
- Experience with Betaflight firmware
- Custom PCB design and layout
- Knowledge of ESCs and flight control systems
- Familiarity with sourcing non-Chinese components
