Custom PCB Design with ESP32-S3 / Li-ion Battery
Budget: $250 – $750 USD
I am looking for an experienced PCB designer/electronics engineer to design a custom PCB.
The board must include:
ESP32-S3 chip-based design
SHT45 temperature and humidity sensor
Relay circuit integrated into the PCB
Flat 1000mAh lithium battery support
USB-C port for power, charging, serial communication, and firmware flashing from Arduino IDE
Battery charging and protection circuit
Proper voltage regulation
No BOOT and/or RESET buttons
Clean component placement and routing
Relay screw terminals positioned toward the outside edge of the board
USB-C port positioned on the edge of the PCB
Compact and professional PCB layout
Important USB-C requirement:
The USB-C port must allow the board to be programmed/flashed directly from Arduino IDE. It should also support serial monitor communication for debugging. The designer must make sure the ESP32-S3 USB lines, boot mode, reset circuit, and any required pull-up/pull-down resistors are correctly designed so the board can be flashed reliably without needing an external USB-to-serial adapter.
Deliverables required:
Complete schematic
PCB layout
BOM
Gerber files ready for manufacturing
Pick and place files if needed
3D PCB model / STEP file
Source files in KiCad, Altium, EasyEDA, or similar
Basic explanation of the design choices
Manufacturing recommendations if needed
Important:
Please include at least 2 links to previous PCB/electronics projects you have completed in your bid.
If your bid does not include at least 2 links to previous related projects, it will be ignored and rated 1 star for bid quality.
Generic or copy-paste bids will not be considered. I need someone who has real experience designing compact IoT PCBs with ESP32-S3, sensors, battery power, charging circuits, USB-C programming, and relay control.
