I need an experienced KiCad 8.x designer to turn my FS-CTRL-1P controller concept into a production-ready board for JLCPCB. The design combines an ESP32-S3 MCU with Ethernet (W5500 + PoE), Wi-Fi, 4G LTE via Quectel BG95-M3 (dual nano-SIM), RS-485/Wiegand on a shared terminal, two SPDT relays, three opto-isolated inputs, a Li-Po charger (TP4056), a hardware watchdog (TPL5010) and a remote I²C header for an OLED display. All field connections terminate on pluggable blocks.

What I need from you
• Review my specification PDF in detail—BOM, GPIO table and electrical constraints are top priority.
• Capture or verify the schematic and complete the PCB layout, keeping to the size, power and thermal guidelines in the document.
• Follow manufacturer-specific guidelines: JLCPCB DFM rules, an LCSC stock check for every part, and reference layouts for the ESP32-S3 and BG95-M3.
• Deliver a clean manufacturing package: Gerber, BOM with LCSC numbers, and CPL files ready for turnkey PCBA at JLCPCB.
• Provide an estimated timeline and fixed quote after you review the spec.
