Compact OBD-II Data Logger PCB Design

I'm seeking an experienced PCB designer to create a compact OBD-II PCB incorporating an ESP32, flash memory, and MicroSD card. The primary aim is intelligent vehicle data logging for predictive maintenance through a mobile app.

Key Requirements:
- Compatibility with ISO 14230-4 (KWP2000) protocol
- Data logging capabilities for:
- Engine performance
- Diagnostic trouble codes (DTCs)
- Engine runtime hours
- Coolant temperature

Ideal Skills & Experience:
- Proficiency in PCB design software
