**Job Title:** PCB Designer for Compact GPS Tracker (GSM, GNSS, CAN, Bluetooth)
**Description:**
I am looking for an experienced PCB designer with solid background in GSM/GNSS modules and embedded electronics to create a **new compact GPS Tracker**. The goal is to design a small, cost-efficient, and production-ready PCB integrating GSM, GNSS, Bluetooth, CAN, and multiple I/O functions.

### **Technical Requirements**
**Communication:**
* GSM: 2G or 4G (designer may propose cheaper/smaller options)
* Internal GNSS antenna
* Bluetooth (2.4 GHz), compatible with Bluetooth 5.0
* Positioning accuracy: ~2.5 m
* GNSS sensitivity: –165 dB
* GPS & GSM status LEDs
* SIM card slot (nano SIM)
**Microcontroller & Interfaces:**
* MCU: STM32F6081
* CAN communication using MCP2515 + SN65HVD230
* 3-axis accelerometer
* 8 MB flash memory
* 1 power button
* USB interface for debugging (Micro USB or better alternative)
**I/O Ports:**
* DC input & GND
* 1 positive input (ACC by default)
* 1 analog detection input (0–30 V), configurable as negative input
* 1 open collector output
* 1 1-Wire port
* 2 outputs (Valid = 0 V, Invalid = open collector)
* Battery
**Power Supply:**
* DC 11.4–90 V / 1.5 A
* Standby current: ~65 mA
**Dimensions:**
* Target size: around **65 mm × 35 mm**
* Components can be placed on **both sides** of the PCB
* Internal antennas only (no SMA connectors)

* Suggest **cheapest and smallest** GSM modules like SIM868 (or suggest)
* Optimize layout and component selection to meet **compact size** requirements.
* Integrate internal GNSS + GSM antennas.
* Propose smaller components where possible.
* Suggest best USB interface option.
* Deliver full manufacturing package:
* PCB layout file (EasyEDA / KiCad / Altium – open to suggestions)
* Gerber files
* BOM
* Pick & Place (CPL) file
