Pi-Class Custom Linux PCB Design

Budget: $250 – $750 USD

I need a single-board computer designed from the ground up that can match Raspberry Pi 4 Model B 4gb ram performance yet remain fully custom and be fully integrated without the need for connecting secondary boards. It must boot a Lite Debian derivative (Raspbian Lite or another minimal Debian spin) and expose the following integrated connectivity:

• Built-in basic Wi-Fi module
• Built-in 4g LTE modem (Telit LE910C4-NF or similar alternative) with antenna connectors
• Secondary high-speed Wi-Fi module based on an AXE3000-class chipset with antenna connectors

Needs to accommodate at least 64 gb of storage. Can be either internal or a micro sd card

Must be very power efficient and run on usb c power. Must use a small form factor, hopefully similar in overall size to a raspberry pi board.

What I expect from you: complete schematic, PCB layout, RF layout guidance for the three antennas, BOM with readily available parts, Gerber/ODB++ files ready for fabrication. Must be able to demonstrate that the design will be operational once printed. If you can also arrange a first-run prototype and basic bring-up notes, that will be a strong plus.
