Breath Analyzer PCB Design -- 2
Budget: ₹12,500 – ₹37,500 INR
I’m building a compact consumer-grade breath analyser and need a production-ready PCB that integrates the gas-sensing front end with Bluetooth connectivity and an onboard rechargeable-battery system.
The PCB system consists of one main PCB and 3 smaller PCBs for individual gas sensors.
The version 1 of the PCB has already been built (have the Gerber files etc which I will provide).
What I need help with is further fine tuning of the PCB:
1. Changing LED to RGB
2. Power button addition
3. Coin vibrator addition
4. Replacing the MCU - ESP32C3 WROOM to ESP32C3 chip.
5. Integration with mechanical casing and fine tuning structural aspects (collaborating with dedicated casing guy for this) .
6. Miscellaneous small work to make it live ready.
7. Prototype production and testing
8. Firmware help (optional)
If you’ve previously combined low-noise gas-sensor circuitry with wireless modules, I’d love to see a brief example. Let me know your preferred CAD tool and estimated turnaround, and we’ll get started.
