Biomedical Embedded PCB Layout

Job ID: 40438192

Budget: ₹4,000 – ₹8,000 INR

I need an experienced PCB designer for a compact wearable biomedical sensing device intended for chest-mounted physiological monitoring.

The board should be based on:

* ESP32 / ESP32-S3 microcontroller
* ADS1292R ECG analog front end
* ADXL355 low-noise accelerometer for SCG sensing
* MAX86141 PPG sensor
* Battery charging and power-management circuitry
* USB-C interface for charging/programming

The PCB should target an approximate size of 45 mm × 35 mm while maintaining good signal integrity and manufacturability.

Requirements:

* 4-layer PCB stack-up
* Proper analog and digital partitioning
* Low-noise routing for ECG and PPG signals
* Clean grounding strategy (AGND/DGND handling)
* Proper decoupling capacitor placement
* Careful power routing and return-current handling
* Compact wearable-style layout
* EMI/noise-aware design practices

Preferred Software:

* KiCad or Altium Designer

Deliverables Required:

* Complete PCB layout
* Gerber files
* Drill/fabrication files
* Pick-and-place files
* Annotated BOM
* DRC/ERC reports with zero critical issues
* Source design files

Experience with biomedical, wearable, or other low-noise analog boards will be strongly preferred.

Please share:

* Previous PCB projects/screenshots
* Relevant analog or biomedical board experience
* Estimated timeline
* Fixed-price quote

I am looking for someone who understands practical mixed-signal PCB design and signal-integrity considerations, not just basic routing.
