Arduino Servo Control with MPU6050

I need code written for an Arduino Uno REV3. The code will use an MPU6050 3-axis accelerometer to actuate a servo based on forward G-force.
Requirements:
- The servo will perform linear movement.
- It should be actuated at a G-force threshold of 0.5g.
- The range of motion for the servo should be 0 to 90 degrees.
