Arduino Industrial Counter & Timer

Job ID: 40588158

Budget: ₹1,500 – ₹12,500 INR

I already have a partially-working prototype for an industrial counter + timer built around an Arduino. It needs to count production units while tracking elapsed time in parallel, show both values on an LCD screen, and push the data over Wi-Fi to my factory LAN.

Where I’m at
• Core hardware is assembled and a rough sketch is running, but the logic occasionally drifts and the Wi-Fi payloads are not stable.
• The prototype can be shipped to you immediately, fully labelled and with a wiring diagram of the current build.

What I need from you
1. Clean, well-commented Arduino code that reliably performs the simultaneous counting and timing functions.
2. Solid LCD interface: clear, easy-to-read formatting of count, timer, and simple status icons.
3. Robust Wi-Fi routine (ESP-01 module on UART) that reconnects automatically and publishes data to a REST endpoint I’ll supply.
4. Updated schematic and BOM so a contract manufacturer can reproduce the unit without guesswork.
5. Short test report confirming accuracy (±1 count in 10 000, ±0.1 % on timing) and uptime after a continuous 48-hour run.

I’ll be available for quick answers during development and can flash/test revisions the same day. If this sounds straightforward for you, let’s lock in the milestones and get this device production-ready.
