Arduino Drink Sampler Kiosk Prototype

Budget: $30 – $250 USD

I need an experienced Arduino / embedded systems freelancer to build a working physical prototype of an automated beverage sampling kiosk for gas stations / convenience stores.
The device lets customers select and dispense a small free sample (target: 50 ml / ~1.7 oz) of one of 5 different drinks via a touchscreen. It uses peristaltic pumps for precise, food-safe dispensing.
I already have a wiring diagram mockup (attached) and a full shopping list with direct Amazon links for all components (~$300–$450 total parts cost — I will purchase and ship them to you, or you can source if you prefer and hardware that you have inhand would be ideal).

This is Phase 1 prototype only

Scope of Work (what you will do)

Receive or source the components (Arduino Uno/Mega, 3.5" TFT touchscreen, 5× 12V peristaltic pumps, DS18B20 temp sensor, magnetic door sensor, ESP32 Wi-Fi module, 12V 10–15A UL-listed power supply, buck converter, terminal block, etc.).
Assemble and wire everything exactly per the attached diagram (including power distribution, fuses, and clean connections).
Write clean, commented Arduino IDE code for:
Touchscreen menu: select 1 of 5 flavors
Timed dispensing (calibrated to exactly 50 ml per sample at ~100–400 ml/min flow)
Internal temperature monitoring + alert
Door-open detection (safety / logging)
Status LED indicator
Basic Wi-Fi (ESP32) for remote monitoring (sample count, temperature, low-product alerts via simple web dashboard or Blynk/Thingspeak)

Calibrate and test dispensing accuracy with water + actual drink samples (must hit ±5 ml consistency).
Provide full documentation: updated wiring diagram (Fritzing or clean PDF), Arduino .ino code (GitHub repo), step-by-step assembly guide, test results video, and recommendations for next version (flow sensors, better UI, BIB concentrate integration).

Required Skills & Experience

Proven experience building Arduino prototypes with peristaltic pumps, TFT touchscreens, sensors, and Wi-Fi modules (please share portfolio links or past projects)
Strong in Arduino IDE coding, timed pump control, and basic IoT
Experience with 12V DC power systems and UL-listed supplies
Ability to ship the finished working prototype back to me in Wisconsin (or do remote video-based delivery + ship only the board)

Nice-to-Have

Food-grade tubing knowledge or beverage dispensing experience
Experience with Nextion or similar smart displays
Ability to suggest small improvements (e.g., pump status sensing, splash guard, flow feedback)

Fixed price: (depending on whether you source parts yourself or I ship them; includes all labor and testing)
Timeline: 3–4 weeks from kickoff (1 week hardware assembly + wiring, 2 week coding + testing)
