Job ID: 40155108

Budget: $1,500 – $3,000 USD

Project Description:
I am seeking an experienced Embedded Systems Engineer to develop a video processing solution based on Allwinner SoC (e.g., T507, A40i, or similar). The project focuses on interfacing multiple analog high-definition cameras and outputting the streams to various display interfaces.
Key Technical Requirements:
-Video Input: Interface and process 4 concurrent camera channels (AHD/CVBS) using decoders/sensors such as A225, A307, or 662.
-Video Output: Support and configure drivers for multiple output formats: MIPI-DSI, LVDS, and CVBS.
-Platform: Allwinner SoC (Linux Tina, Ubuntu, or Android BSP).
-Scope: Driver development (V4L2), Kernel/U-Boot customization, and ensuring stable 4-channel concurrent streaming with low latency.
Deliverables:
-A stable BSP with integrated drivers for the specified camera sensors and display outputs.
-Optimized video pipeline for multi-channel synchronization.
-Full source code and technical documentation for driver integration.
Required Skills:
-Proven expertise in Allwinner SDK and BSP development.
-Strong experience with video decoders (Nextchip, Techpoint, or similar).
-Proficiency in Linux Kernel driver development and V4L2 framework.
Budget & Timeline:
-Budget Type: Fixed Price
-Estimated Budget: $1,200 - $2,500 USD (Negotiable based on experience).
-Timeline: 4 - 6 weeks.
Milestones:
-Milestone 1: Initial BSP & Single camera driver bring-up (30%).
-Milestone 2: 4-channel concurrent streaming on LVDS/MIPI (40%).
-Milestone 3: Final optimization, CVBS output support, and handover (30%).
