I’m developing remote-controlled, active-noise-cancelling windows for offices, co-working hubs, hotels, and other commercial spaces. The concept pairs rim-mounted microphones with slim speakers to sense street noise and emit inverse sound waves, giving occupants instant relief at the tap of a remote. By cutting noise, boosting day-to-day comfort, and subtly raising a property’s value, the system speaks directly to landlords and facility managers battling urban clamor.
For this first phase I only need a concise, engineering-ready blueprint that proves feasibility and sets the foundation for future iterations. Deliverables should include:
• A block diagram showing microphone, DSP, amplifier, and speaker placement within a standard double-glazed frame.
• A simple wiring sketch (hand-drawn or basic CAD is fine) that clarifies power, signal flow, and remote-control integration.
• A short parts list naming readily available components you would choose for a proof-of-concept build.
Keep the focus on practicality—no full mechanical drawings or detailed PCB layouts yet.
