I need an Arduino coder

I am using an Arduino mega,Using husky lens which should auto matically detect insect,track it and shoot a laser wich is controlled by a servo motor,i am using dc geared motors for x,y axis rotation.I am mounting this on a autonomous tank.but i only need the coding part for the insect tracking and shooting a laser controlled by a servo.
