nRF52840 to Cypress flash memory - read issue "7F FF FF FF"

We have an issue to read from our Cypress flash memory to our nRF52840

When we do it we get 7F FF FF FF and we should get FF FF FF FF.
So the first byte of data read is wrong.
Is there any special configuration we should do?
