help with device tree and yocto image

I have a custom yocto image for coral dev, but the pci is not working. The issue seems to be related to the device tree. I have old device tree that works fine with kernel 4.14 but the current device tree on kernel 6.1 is not working. For more details please contact me.
Here is the issue i have:
