Filters using DSP on ESP32 controller

We have an ESP32 based project. The sensor is an MEMS microphone. We are collecting sound from MEMS and sending it to our server for analysis.
We want to collect sound only of certain frequency to filter out other noise. We are looking for an embedded software engineer who already have experience in DSP on ESP32.
What we already have: Code that is collecting sound from MEMS sensor (I2S) and sending it to our server.
What we need: Add filters to collect sound of only specific frequency that we will mention.
