We are a new school photography business and we have created a package that the quality of our products outstands all other companies.
We had an interview with a first school last week, and we asked them to send their current offer, after analyzing we are certain that we can price match their current offer and offer our quality products (That are much better).
We need to generate an email to say that we have analyzed your current package and we are happy to match their current offer.
The reason why we want to do this:
1) So parents won't pay more than what they are paying now, and there will be no conflicts.
2) we want them to put both packages on the table and choose the quality without looking at the price (As the price will be the same).
3) you could add anything else
We've been in the photography industry for over 15 years now, and are using the newest gear, technology and techniques. We are very flexible and happy to listen to schools ideas.
