I need a digital marketer to set up our email marketing

We are an wholesale food and drinks company. We have an extensive list of emails (customers) that we are looking to sell to. We have templates ready to go. We tried to set up on mail chimp but we found nearly all our emails that we sent out ended up in the customers junk. We are after a partner / marketeer that we can work with long term and set us up in such a way that we can send offers out and they to can also send our offers out. So initially the job will entail setting the platform up for us to land our emails into our customers emails.
