mail auto on jotform

I have a jotform that users open and engage with. I want to incorporate a process where the user selects contacts from their own address book, and creates a standard email from user to their contact, but that includes an attachment I generate for them - with their permission.

we are a pre-revenue project on a limited budget. We would like to use $100 now to see a worked example and take it from there.
