Responsibilities
• Send Instagram DMs to photographers using provided scripts
• Send email outreach to brands using provided templates
• Track responses in Google Sheets (simple status updates)
• Follow up once if no response (timing will be provided)
• Flag interested leads for me to take over
• Keep messaging professional, concise, and on-script

What You’ll Be Messaging About
• Inviting photographers to exclusive group photoshoots
• Notifying brands of content opportunities & activations
• Booking interest only — no selling, no negotiating

You will NOT:
• Negotiate pricing
• Answer technical questions
• Hop on calls
• Make decisions

Your job is outreach + organization only.

Requirements

✅ Strong written English
✅ Comfortable using Instagram DMs and Gmail
✅ Experience with basic Google Sheets
✅ Can follow instructions exactly
✅ Organized and responsive
✅ Previous VA or outreach experience preferred

Bonus (not required):
• Experience with influencer, photography, or brand outreach
