looking for experienced cold called / direct dm expert / email marketing pro/ or linkedin client hunting pro for web design agency -- 2
Budget: $2 – $8 USD
I run a growing web-design agency and want to hand off all outreach that happens through direct messages. The focus is purely on LinkedIn and Facebook, speaking to owners or decision-makers at small businesses that need a new site, a redesign, or ongoing site care.
What I need you to do day-to-day is:
• Build or refine targeted lists (LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Facebook audience tools, simple spreadsheet or CRM export—whatever you are comfortable with).
• Write short, highly personalised opening and follow-up messages that sound human, not templated.
• Send those messages from my profiles, pace them sensibly to avoid spam flags, and handle early replies.
• Qualify interested prospects and book them straight into my calendar (I use Calendly).
• Keep light notes in HubSpot so I can see context before every call and measure pipeline velocity.
• Provide a simple weekly report that shows number of people contacted, positive replies, calls booked, and any message copy you want me to approve or tweak.
Acceptance criteria: at least five qualified discovery calls per week after the ramp-up period, with prospects fitting the “small business owner” profile and an expressed interest in website work.
If you have a proven track record doing this exact style of outreach and feel confident you can hit those numbers, I’d love to hear how you normally structure your workflow and the results you’ve recently achieved.
