I am looking for an Email Marketer with African Email Database
Budget: $30 – $250 USD
I want an email marketer with a legit African email Database. The marketer will send the email using own servers.
Open rates and click rates should be shared. The email marketer should be willing to send sample email test to 100 people so that we see that he/she has the right tools/organised.
After first project has been successful, the email marketer will be hired once every week for the next 6 months.
Requirements:
1. State number of emails you have (and countries if possible)
2. The current/ last open rates of the emails and also click rates
3. Time it will take to post one batch of emails.
