We’re a U.S.-based agency helping individuals and business owners with insurance, mortgage solutions, and commercial funding. We’re expanding fast and need a reliable virtual assistant to help manage leads, run outreach, and support daily marketing.

Responsibilities:
• Manage daily lead generation (via scraping tools, Facebook Groups, directories)
• Upload and organize leads inside GoHighLevel
• Create and schedule Instagram/Facebook posts and reels
• Send DMs, cold emails, or texts to leads using pre-written scripts
• Assign leads to sales agents and update CRM status
• Follow up with leads via GHL and schedule appointments
• Help manage basic email campaigns, funnels, and calendar systems
• Create simple performance reports

Requirements:
• Experience with GoHighLevel (or very fast learner)
• Strong English skills (written + spoken)
• Familiar with Canva, CapCut, or similar tools for content
• Detail-oriented, organized, and self-motivated
• Comfortable working in EST or PST (California time) or flexible with it
• Previous experience in insurance, mortgage, or lead generation is a plus

• Part-time or Full-time (20–40 hrs/week)
• Flexible hours, as long as tasks are delivered on time

• Hourly: $3-6 USD/hour
• Bonuses available based on performance and lead conversions
