Do email marketing for my slack app

I have built an app called "Shifter" - shifter.jangaapps.com. I need help creating an email list of potential clients (mostly managers at the tech industry) and cold email that I can send them.

Only replay if you have experience with email marketing and have access to software that can extract the relevant potential buyers (like ZoomInfo, GrowBots, etc.)
