eCRM expert with Klaviyo experience

We use Klaviyo and have three flows set up, welcome series, abandoned cart and browser
I want to find a eCRM expert with good English (we have an editor in house to write the content but its important you have an excellent command of both spoken and written English) who can advise on
- What other flows we should have
- Review the ones we have
- Work with to get better customer segmentation
- Review newsletter campaigns
- Help us drive more conversions
We are currently on Shopify but will be migrating to a new headless platform in 2023
This would be a monthly retainer going forwards if we find the right person. Initially I want to open a conversation up to see what is needed and how much time that would take
