build a custom mail list

I'm looking to build a custom mail list to help further my business goals. The list will consist exclusively of business contacts which I intend to use for other business purposes. I'm looking for contacts that fit an industry-specific criteria, so I can target individuals and businesses that are potential allies in my business ventures. I can supply contact names, company and location. I am looking for someone who can find and verify email addresses and set up mail chimp so I can email a monthly newsletter. Less than 100 contacts.
