YouTube Creator Email Outreach

I run a video-editing agency and need help growing our client base among YouTube content creators. Your job is two-fold: first, source a steady stream of qualified YouTubers who are actively publishing and likely to outsource their post-production; second, craft and send compelling cold emails that spotlight our editing services and include a few hand-picked portfolio samples to show what we can do for them.
Here is what I’m expecting:
• Research and compile a lead list of active channels that match parameters we will agree on (niche, subscriber range, posting frequency, etc.).
• Draft a concise outreach sequence that clearly describes our service and drops in the portfolio links.
• Handle the actual send-out—whether you prefer Gmail, Mailshake, Lemlist, or another reputable tool is up to you—as long as deliverability stays high.
• Provide weekly updates showing lead counts, email performance, and any warm replies so I can jump in and close.
If you’ve previously run successful YouTube outreach campaigns, know how to keep messages out of spam, and are comfortable iterating on copy until we see traction, let’s get started.
