WooCommerce OTP & WhatsApp Setup

My WooCommerce store needs a secure, friction-free login flow that sends a one-time password through both SMS / Whatsapp and Email. Customers should be able to:
• Enter their regular username/password and receive an OTP before final access, or
• Skip the traditional credentials and log in solely with the OTP.
A single solution that supports both approaches keeps returning shoppers happy while still protecting the checkout.
Beyond authentication, I also want to leverage WhatsApp for post-purchase engagement and promotions. The marketing side must work seamlessly from both the mobile and the web app so I can broadcast campaigns, push order updates, and run cart-recovery messages without juggling different interfaces.
Deliverables
• Configure or custom-develop the OTP module in WooCommerce, covering SMS + Email delivery, resend limits, expiry time, and logging.
• Add front-end hooks/buttons for “Login with OTP” while preserving the existing login form.
• Integrate reliable gateways (you may recommend Twilio, MSG91, SendGrid, etc.) and prove successful test messages.
• Connect the store to my WhatsApp Business account, create standard templates, and demonstrate a sample broadcast from both the web and mobile interfaces.
• Provide short hand-off documentation so I can adjust templates and view OTP logs on my own.
I will supply admin access, gateway credentials, and the WhatsApp Business number once we begin. A quick screen-share demo at the end will serve as final acceptance.
