Virtual Assistant for Newsletter & Funnels
Budget: $15 – $25 USD
I’m a mental health therapist looking for a reliable virtual assistant who can take full ownership of my Email newsletter right away. The newsletter’s main purpose is Educating your audience about mental health, and I like to deliver that education through Personal transformational stories that feel authentic and encouraging.
Phase 1 – Email Newsletter
• Draft and polish weekly issues in my voice, complete with engaging subject lines, clear calls-to-action, and visually clean layouts.
• Manage subscriber list segmentation, scheduling, and basic analytics inside flodesk.
• Continue the already existent newsletter and support in creating new sequences for freebies and upsell options.
Phase 2 – Support & Expansion (after you have a full grasp of the newsletter and it is running smoothly)
• Create branded background items and thumbnails for upcoming YouTube videos using Canva or similar tools.
• Sort, flag, and reply to routine emails so my inbox stays organized.
• Map and build simple funnels that deliver freebies and smoothly move readers toward upsell items inside ClickFunnels, Kajabi, or another funnel builder.
Deliverables for the first month
1. Use the existing Newsletter template and speak in my voice and brand style.
2. Content calendar plus two ready-to-send issues.
3. Automated welcome sequence with freebie delivery.
4. Initial funnel outline from free resource to paid offer.
5. Shared task board on ClickUp showing status and next steps.
You’ll thrive in this role if you have strong copywriting skills, sensitivity to mental-health language, solid email marketing experience, and an eye for simple, clean visuals. Huge plus if you happen to be familiar with Human Design and can use my chart to speak more clearly in my voice.
