Job Title: Virtual Assistant for Women’s Wellness Brand (Email Marketing, Website, Podcast & Social Media)

About the Brand

Mamacub Wellness is a women’s wellness brand focused on pregnancy, birth preparation, motherhood, and emotional wellbeing. Our work integrates mindset, education, and faith-based support for women during pregnancy and early motherhood.

We are expanding our content, launching online courses, and starting a podcast, so we are looking for a reliable and organised Virtual Assistant to help manage the backend of the business.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys supporting meaningful work that helps women and families.

Hours
5–10 hours per week to start (with potential to grow)

Key Responsibilities

Email Marketing (MailerLite)
• Set up and manage email campaigns
• Build email automations and welcome sequences
• Upload lead magnets and connect them to forms
• Maintain and organise subscriber lists

Website Management (Squarespace)
• Upload and update website pages
• Add blog posts and podcast episodes
• Create landing pages for free resources and courses
• Fix formatting issues and broken links

Podcast Support
• Upload podcast episodes to the hosting platform
• Write episode descriptions and show notes
• Upload cover artwork
• Schedule podcast releases

Social Media Support
• Upload and schedule content on Instagram and Facebook
• Add captions and hashtags provided
• Assist with basic Canva graphics if needed

General Backend Tasks
• Upload digital resources and freebies
• Organise content folders and files
• Assist with small tech updates and integrations
• Help maintain systems so everything runs smoothly

Skills Required

• Experience with MailerLite or other email marketing platforms
• Experience working with Squarespace websites
• Comfortable with social media scheduling tools
• Basic Canva knowledge
• Strong organisation and attention to detail
• Good written English

Bonus Skills (Not Required)

• Experience with podcast platforms
• Experience with course platforms
• Familiarity with women’s wellness or motherhood brands
