Vietnamese Marketing Emails for SAAS (Copywriting & Graphic Design)

Looking for a freelancer to write and design emails (in Vietnamese) targeting the Vietnamese market that are currently paying users of Zoom software to either 1) renew their Zoom software subscription 2) gather feedback and set up meetings where my company can provide more customized solutions for the Zoom client.
