• Insert provided copy

Form Requirements

Two forms required:
1. Contact Us
2. Request a Quote

Both must:
• Send email notifications to our internal company inbox (details provided after hire)
• Automatically create or update a contact in Cloze CRM
• Be configured using Zapier or a clean automation method

You must explain clearly how you will connect Duda forms to Cloze CRM.
