Translate Email Campaigns
Budget: $2 – $8 USD
I have a small batch of email-marketing copy that needs to be translated into clear, formal English. Each message is written to customers and must retain its original structure—subject line, greeting, body, call-to-action, and footer—so that my design team can drop the text straight into our templates.
What I will provide:
• Source-language emails in a Google Doc (roughly one page each).
• Brand guidelines that outline preferred terminology and tone.
What I need back:
• An English version of each email in the same Google Doc, preserving placeholders and links.
• A brief note highlighting any cultural references that might not translate cleanly.
Accuracy and consistency with our brand voice are more important than word-for-word literalness. If this initial set goes smoothly, I’ll have additional campaigns ready for translation on an ongoing basis.
