I run Mold Removal Express in Colorado (Denver/Fort Collins). Our USP is a 48-hour mold remediation turnaround. I need a specialist to set up and manage a cold email campaign targeting 16,000 Real Estate Agents using Instantly.ai.

SCOPE REQUIREMENTS:
1. Technical Setup (One-Time)
Configure 5 sending domains (I provide domains) & 15 Google Workspace inboxes
Setup DNS: SPF, DKIM, DMARC & custom tracking domain
Connect to Instantly.ai, setup warmup & verify health before launch
Setup auto-forwarding from all 15 inboxes to my main business email
Note: I need full admin access/ownership of all assets
2. List Preparation
Clean, deduplicate & verify 16k leads (ZeroBounce/MillionVerifier or equivalent)
Remove catch-all/risky emails & import into Instantly
3. Campaign & Copy
I provide email subject and body content (focusing on 48hr USP + 3-4 follow-ups)
Setup A/B testing, spintax & personalization
Copy approved by me before sending
4. Pre-Launch Testing
Inbox placement testing (primary inbox, not spam)
Spam score testing
Test batch sent to my inbox with no spam flags
5. Monthly Management
Daily monitoring, maintain deliverability & adjust sending limits
Monitor blacklists & rotate accounts if needed
Continuous warmup maintenance
A/B test optimization based on results
6. Lead Handling
All replies auto-forward to my main inbox — I handle responses myself
Your role: Setup forwarding rules only. No ongoing inbox monitoring from you.
7. Reporting & Training
Weekly reports (open rate, reply rate, bounce rate, leads)
Initial training call (recorded) walking me through the system
