Micro Project: Set Up TidyCal Booking + Email & SMS Automation (Synergi Women's Gym)
About:
Synergi Women's Gym, a small group fitness studio for women in Georgia USA. I’m looking for someone to professionally set up an automated booking, confirmation, reminder, and follow-up system for leads booking free consultations.
Do NOT Bid Unless:
You already know how to use TidyCal, MailerLite, and TextMagic (or similar)
You’ve successfully set up automated email + SMS flows before
You can show samples or describe past work
You can finish this project quickly, cleanly, and without hand-holding
This is a micro project ($50–$70 total budget) — if done well, more work may follow.
What I Already Have:
TidyCal account (paid, embedded on WordPress site)
Gym website
Business email address
Message content (I can supply or you can lightly polish it)
What I Need You to Set Up:
1. TidyCal Booking Page
Confirm correct setup of appointment booking
Ensure calendar sync with Google Calendar (optional)
Add custom confirmation message or redirect if needed
2. Email Automation (via MailerLite or similar)
Send welcome/confirmation email immediately after booking
Schedule 2 email reminders: 24 hours before & 1 hour before
If user misses appointment, send 8-day email nurturing sequence
I will provide message content (or you can suggest structure)
Include light urgency (“We’d still love to see you…” tone)
3. SMS Automation (via TextMagic or similar)
Send SMS confirmation after booking
Send SMS reminders 24 hours and 1 hour before
If lead no-shows, send up to 5 SMS follow-ups over 7–10 days
Integrate with MailerLite (via Zapier, Make.com, or native if possible)
4. Tracking & Tagging (if possible)
Use tags or fields in MailerLite to track who:
Booked
Showed up
Didn't show
Converted
5. Testing & Walkthrough
Test the full funnel (booking to follow-ups)
Show me how to edit messages or turn the system off/on
Document your work briefly for future changes
