Text Messaging and Emailing Sending for Politics

We are in need a professional that can send emails and text messaging using their servers and services. We have no problem if you already have a platform that will allow us to load content and send the emails ourselves, but you should have a clean IP that will have very low SPAM rejection of flagged rates. This is for a United States political campaign so the SPAM CAN ACT will like not apply.

You service should allow us the ability to send content that contains graphics, video and rich HTML. We also would like a way of reporting what was rejected, opened and clicks bases on the campaign we send out.

We would first do a test emailing to see the accuracy and success of your services then we will work to use more of your services of the next few months until December 2022.
